Just wanted to thank you guys again an the awesome job you did to my Ford Explorer. The head unit/speaker install was the fastest and cleanest Ive ever seen in any of my cars.
I really wasnt sure what I wanted, but your staff took the time to go over every detail with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making my purchase experience at Imagine Audio a great one. All too many times we find ourselves making a purchase only to be forgotten after the sale is complete. This was not the case with Imagine Audio. Even though my concerns were small, you immediately rose to the occasion and took care of me.
As you know, I live one hour and fifteen minutes from your shop. There are many car audio shops much closer. I will never purchase from any of those other shops or from an online grey market retailer again. I believe you get what you pay for. The two and a half hour round trip is worth the ride, knowing you are fair and honest. You have earned my business for life.

I would like all your New customers to know the distance you go for your customers.
I had my automatic starter put in 2004. I now live in Ararat Virginia. One day I had trouble with my truck thinking it was my auto start because my truck kept telling me it was on safety lock. I couldn't remember where my over ride button was or my manual. (not advised for y'all) I just called Marc and he personally walked me through it. With a calm voice and very understanding. Me on the other hand was freaking out. Come to find out my battery died and had nothing to do with my auto start. How nice to move out of state, years go by and still I was treated like a friend and important to Imagine audio. To all future customers of Imagine audio. This is a company that never forgets you and always will take the time for you. No matter how long or far you go. This is a company you can be proud to say you bought your audios,starters,ect from. I give it a 10. Happy holiday to all y'all.

My first car mark did in like a weekend back in like 2000 to have it ready for a tweeter show. Took home P.A. state championship, pics can be seen in the link above on the last page.
I will help my man out by sending him business, I've never seen ANYONE in our tristate area to be as innovative & creative as this cat .

Hey Everyone, This is Johnny, Imagineaudio's most recent customer and still their customer. I just wanted to share some photos with you guys to show how much work they put into their job to get it done. The outcome is.... hmmz how can i say it... Rediculous, and im not talkin about bad i'm talken about sickness in the good terms, better yet HIGH QUALITY WORK. Just wait until you see it in person!! Thanks to imagineaudio, my ride keeps on getting better. Also got my alarm system installed. Got The Clifford 3.5 Rsx 2-way Security & Remote Start System. Thanks to Imagineaudio i'm pretty much safe proof . I'll be back next week to get tinting and overlays done, but i was also thinking about getting the strobes done too. I'll get back to Imagineaudio Team on that. Just wanna let Imagineaudio know your gonna get a special phone call from me tomorrow about some stuff.

I just wanted to give you guys some props on the cars you had at the HIN...the scion tc was off the hook...i actually got a chance to talk to the girlfriend of the guy who owns the car and she told me all about you guys. I have been lookin around the site and i love what i see...you guys put out some serious work... If you are ever lookin for a VW jetta to sponsor....just let me know : )

Damn right. Went to tweeter and purchased some high end equipment from them. Went all out on installations for a true downfire box. I was promised one from the tweeter rep. Tweeter installation goes on for that day. Call after, Call after call. Couldnt do downfire. Cant build bigger box. Cant do anything! This was Tweeter! not no circuit city or best buy for some Sony Xplod subs! $1000.00 subwoofer.. and over $200.00 custom installation. They called themselves high-end audio and custom installations. yea right. Not too custom when they turn around with a box too small.. but offy enough to crush your amps.. that doesnt even point the way you wanted it to, and ugly carpet seam at the top!?
So, I take my mis-shapen shame of box over to ImagineAudio. The manager Mark tells me: "Haha James dont worry we will build you a TRUE downfire box, it will not only fit your extended cab truck.. but it will be bigger and fit better then your current box. " Mark put in a full day of work measuring and looking at specs of a monsterouis 13.5" subwoofer going downfire into an extended cab truck. How he did it.. I dont even want to know! I come in at the end of the work day and see the hardwork he put into the box design. The box was beautiful without the carpet on it and it fit like a glove into my extended cab truck. I was truely amazed at the time that was put into it. I pick it up today and needless to say I will only be visitting these guys for my audio upgrades and custom installations. I recommend his work to anyone who is looking for high-audio and installations to be put into thier vehicles. Thanks Imagine Audio! -James
